Mantras are prayers for unbelievers, who need spiritual proofs. As a start to make sure you are on the right path you can try general mantra. Aum Yeum Om. Aum means wisdom, Yeum means force and Om means love. The rhythmic variant Aum Yeum Aum Yeum Yeum Yeum Aum Yeum Yeum Om Yeum Om Om Om Yeum Om makes repetition and concentration easier. This general mantra gives spiritual energy to your soul and awakens your spirit.

Personal mantras give calmness and energy, needed for solving your personal problems. They can be also both contemplative and rhythmical and have their meaning too. Mantra-yoga is experimental. You need not believe it, just try.

Black rays should be returned to their source and should destroy your rival. Astral wars develop extrasensory perception, fighting reflexes and your will. Do not be afraid of them, just win.

Personal defense. Lord, You are our defense! Repeat this prayer if you are threatened by criminals, rivals or enemies. Reinforce your mantra by a direct and conscious appeal to the Source of all life. If you do not believe in God or do not trust Him, meditate on the Sun. Sun, You are my force! Sun, You are my life! Sun, You are me health! Etc.

God will help you because any sun meditation is addressed to the same Source of energy and success as all prayers. You need not believe Him, experiment and see what you get. If the danger is neutralized and you need something else, change the last word of the prayer to express your new wish. Lord, You are our wisdom! Lord, You are our reason! Lord, you are our love! No prayer is useless, God remembers everything and answers in appropriate time. Your personal defense and success depend on your own efforts. God. You are our faith!

Aquarius. The age of Aquarius opens space and new spiritual astrology for 2 thousands years. In the southern hemisphere it is accompanied by the age of Lion, ruled by Sun. Its element is fire and its quality is inspiration, creativity and direct revelation of God. Australia is the future spiritual center of our civilization and the start of the sixth race. Its development will be in the USA and Siberia, and it will last for 13 thousands years. The planet of the sixth race is Venus, the ruler of the sixth day of the week. It gives beauty and success in love and art. The sixth race is opened by new cinema. Hollywood is only a beginning. The future films will show the reality of space as fantasy. And the Earth will enter the community of Galaxy civilizations by its art and religion of Light.

The Earth longitude is divided into 12 Zodiac sectors by 30 degrees each. What we are proposing are very simple tools and it is not something which you do not know. You may already know them – but not using them; or if you are using them – you may not be effectively using them. How to keep To-Do Lists
To-Do Lists are a great way to manage time. Keep a diary or a notebook and maintain a To-Do List. Then do them in whatever order they are in. Once you complete a task it can be can be ticked off regularly (yes this boosts motivation). The simple To-Do Lists however do not gel if you have a tight schedule to be maintained. If you have lot more tasks then the time available to you you may land up in doing the unimportant taks.

How to prioritize your To-Do Lists
Once you have tasks on hand written then put them in order of priority. You can mark the priority in front of the item and rewrite again. Alternatively if you are little tech saavy, you just maintain a spreadsheet and then sort them according to priority. Then you do them in that order. However note that if you have more than 20-35 tasks everyday them they may cause confusion. You can use the Tasks feature of Microsoft Outlook or Gmail to manage your tasks effectively.

Using “Do it now” Tags
If you handle a lot of paper you can use a method called “Do it now”. This prevents you from procastinating the task. You basically use “Post IT” slips with “Do it now” written on the tasks or papers which are critical. You the do these tasks immediately. This is very good for those who have habit of procastination. Many people even use this method if they fear doing domething – so they try to “Do the thing they fear most first”. This works because once the most-feared thing is done, the rest will be easier in comparison. Is is very good for conquering fears at work. If you have joined the workplece new and fear something – try to ‘do that now’.

More complex tasks – start Scheduling
Scheduling is very very simple – you the task list that you maintain just put the time along with it. And now act on them according to the time specified. This is very good where you have many people involved such as meetings etc. However it is difficult if you are not actually estimating the time realistically – which may lead to one task extending into time of other task. Some of the best ways is to use a Calendar – like MS Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar. They are some of the best ways to manage the schedule.

While all of these are very useful in particular situations, and for particular people, they often work best in combination. Individual tools may not work always.
