As a fresher getting a right job is a big Question whenever they come out of the universities / Institutes. But if you done some basic ground work you can definitely get a job as a fresher like searching for a good site for freshers, i mean job sites to hire in a company.

5. Search for the company Placement Papers and the pattern of exam it is conducting so that you can easily get through the exam
6. Be Confident and sure about your details in your resume and yourself whenever interview is going.
7. Maintain a impressive body language during the interview.
8. Keep an Eye contact with a pleasing smile and confidence in your words.
9. Before conclusion you should make sure that you succeed in convincing them about the contributions that you could give them if you are hired.For professional jobs, you must be prepared with the technical side as there will be minimum three or four round interview or there will be more than 1 interviewer.
